Everyone has a favourite snack and roasted peanuts are mine, they are so moreish i love them. I also like to use them in my baking, they are perfect chopped up and used in your favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe. I usually buy two bags when I go shopping cause our house just loves them.
Roasted Peanuts
1 Bag blanced peanuts
Pre heat oven 180c ( i usually bake them when im already using the oven for something else, so the oven is already hot) Place peanuts on a oven tray and bake for 20 minutes, give them a shake half way through. When peanuts are nice and golden, leave to cool then place in an air tight container.
