S'mores

When I went to the states I new I had to bring back some Honey Graham crackers, jet-puffed marshmallows and Hershey chocolate to make some S'mores  Instead of toasting them on an open fire I baked them in the oven.

S'mores

1 box Honey Graham cracker or 1 pkt Plain wine biscuits
1 bag Jet-puffed marshmallows or 1 pkt pascal marshmellows
5 bars Hershey Chocolate or Cadbury dairy milk chocolate.

(since we dont have Graham crackers or Jet-puffed marshmallows in New Zealand, you can use Griffins Super Wine BiscuitsPascall Marshmallows or  Cadburys Chocolate Dairy Milk instead they will just fine)

1) Cover a baking tray with baking paper, break crackers into squares and place on a baking tray. Then place one marshmallow on top.

2) Place in a pre-heated oven until marshmallows puff up, about 5-10 mins.

3) Take tray out of the oven then place some chocolate on top and put tray back in the oven for 2-3 mins until chocolate has melted.

4)Once chocolate has melted slightly take tray back out of the over and place another Graham cracker square on top and sandwich it together.

Enjoy

Marshmallow Shortcake

My Nana use to make the best marshmallow shortcake when we were kids we use to go visit her and grandad every second weekend and she would always have some freshly made for me and my older sisters. So me and my sisters were talking about it the other day so i decided i had to try make them, nana lost her recipe so i found one on the internet and they turned out great, although she use to do a layer of white marshmellow then a layer of pink but i just did a marble of pink and white then sprinkles shredded coconut on top..
